Welcome to our blog

Underwater Mexico is a small company (we are just 2 certified guides) with a combined experience of more than 8 years working as tour guides and dive instructors. In all the places and with the different companies we've worked we have been able to learn so much and gain loads of experience, but we've also seen a lot of things we'd like to do different ourselves. We wanted to do smaller tours, more personal, with respect for the nature and supporting the local community where we can. That's why we started Underwater Mexico in the beginning of 2017.

We are committed to provide you with the best of experiences. We know the anticipation is half of the fun and it's also just very nice and handy to have all the necessary or just interesting information when you go on a tour with us. Whether it's a recreational or cultural activity, either in or out of the water. That’s why we’ve created this blog in which we will give you a small insight in all the activities that we have prepared so that you can spend an incredible vacation in the Mexican Caribbean.

We will also be giving you a few tips about the amazing biodiversity and nature that exists here in the Riviera Maya. We do all kind of (personalized) recreational and cultural activities, and some really cool seasonal adventures, such as swimming with the whale sharks (from end of May until mid-September) or diving with Bull sharks (between November and March).

We run all of our tours ourselves, so one of us will always be with you to help you spend one of the best days of your vacation.
